The J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Initial Quality Study shows GM with 14 models ranked in the top three of their respective segments as product quality continues to make significant gains.

These continued quality improvements have resulted in increased market share for most of our commercial truck offerings, led by the full size Express van with a 46.8% market share year to date, after 6 consecutive years of growth. Since nearly 90% of GM full size vans are registered as commercial or commercial fleet the ongoing quality improvements in the GM van line, and for all GM commercial models, translate to lower cost of operation and bottom line profits for our business partners.
